About Tandem Arts
 

Tandem is composed of Muralists Libby and Josh Nolan-Shafer. They are a married mural duo based out of Roanoke, Virginia. Josh and Libby have been painting together since the summer of 2021, with a combined arts experience of about 15 years. They have blended Josh’s formal painting background and Libby’s writing and performance background to create strong figure based illustrative pieces with a conceptual, narrative backbone.
